We had a fantastic stay at Elia. the hotel is very clean and the staff, especially the ladies, were friendly and helpful. the breakfast was delicious with fresh and tasty dishes, offering a slight variation each day. We especially enjoyed the complimentary fresh orange juice. the location is great, with the beach nearby and a market right in front of the hotel. the hotel itself is new and luxurious, with spacious rooms that can accommodate up to four people. the personnel were also very helpful in planning our sightseeing trips. a wonderful experience.

The swimming pool is fantastic, with lots of reclining sun loungers and a good amount of sun and shade. The rooms are nice and clean, with a balcony and own bathroom. The staff are friendly and the basic amenities are provided. The breakfast is superb, with fresh orange juice and delicious cake served every morning. it was a great value for money.

I recently visited a hotel in Crete that provided beautiful accommodation and friendly staff. the rooms were clean and well-maintained and the breakfast was excellent, with a variety of high-quality options available. the location was fantastic, with easy accessibility to several famous beaches and a bus stop to Chania nearby.

the elevator was out of order for three days, which was inconvenient considering I was on the 4th floor. the air conditioning in the room was poorly positioned, blowing directly in my face when I was sitting in bed.

We had an amazing stay at this friendly hotel near a sandy beach. The location was perfect, with a mini supermarket just across the road and plenty of restaurants along the beach. The bus stop at the bottom of the street made it easy to explore Chania town. The staff were absolutely amazing, always offering helpful information and organizing trips for us. The rooms were modern and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious with a variety of fresh dishes every day. Oh, and the fresh orange juice was a nice touch!
