Wonderful staff, helpful throughout. Great location in old town. Large, nicely decorated room with good storage. Modern bathroom. Excellent breakfast. I would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing time staying at this hotel. The location was perfect, with everything from amazing restaurants to the old harbor and shopping right in the city center. The room was modern and stylish, with a fabulous shower and a balcony where we could people-watch. The staff was incredibly friendly and the service was beyond amazing. The room was cleaned daily and we had fresh towels every day. The Wi-Fi and air conditioning worked great. We couldn't have been happier with our stay.

The bed sheets were a bit too short and the mattress was uncomfortable.

Great location, spacious and spotless rooms. Toothbrushes, toothpaste, and water provided. Comfortable bed and fantastic jacuzzi bath. Would love to return.

My xmas stay was absolutely fantastic! First, the hotel was located just a short walk away from the breath-taking harbor and old city. Plus, the hotel offered 24-hour food service and daily clean sheets. , the staff was so helpful and made me feel right at home.

The only downside during my stay was the faint smell of fresh paint in the halls; however, I am just particularly sensitive to odors.

I can't recommend this hotel highly enough. The location is perfect for exploring the old town of Chania, surrounded by restaurants and markets. The room was spotless and modern, with a cute design and a spacious shower. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The beds were super comfortable and the noise from outside was blocked out well. a fantastic stay with excellent Wi-Fi and air conditioning.
