Orama was perfectly located, just a short walk away from an array of amazing restaurants near the sea. the hotel itself was modern, clean, and had a lovely pool. the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the rooms spacious. the reception area was also clean and modern. the staff were very helpful, guiding us through the maze-like hotel to our room. the hotel also offered free allocated parking on the roof. a great central location with all the expected facilities.

We loved the location of this hotel, as it was close to all the amazing restaurants by the sea and the center of town. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was nicely furnished and had all the amenities we needed, including a mini-bar and a balcony with garden furniture. The spa and wellness centre was a great addition, with a sauna, swimming pool, and jacuzzi to relax in. We also enjoyed the beach access and the sun terrace, where we could soak up the sun and enjoy the beautiful views.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were absolutely amazing, always smiling and polite. The restaurant team, the barman Marco, and the girl in the joy downstairs provided excellent service. The cleaners did a great job in our room and around the hotel, always keeping it clean. The food was delicious every night, offering a variety of options for everyone. The pool area was beautiful, with perfect sun loungers. The staff there were always ready to assist with umbrellas and even served drinks to our sunbeds. The location was to die for, with a breathtaking view of the whole bay from the restaurant. The beach was just a short walk away, as were several great restaurants. We highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The New Year party was fun and enthusiastic. the hotel location gives easy access to the main attractions in the city. the view from the hotel rooftop was splendid. the breakfast was well-served and fulfilling enough to last till the evening.

The room was not adequately cleaned and smelled stale. the air conditioning unit was old and produced a musty smell.

The hotel is situated in a convenient location in Elounda, close to good restaurants and shops. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with excellent beds and pillows. The staff is friendly and helpful, especially two ladies at the reception who were kind and competent.
