Beach-front property with grass and umbrellas near sandy beach. Good-sized room and reasonable-sized bathroom. Cleaning every second day and helpful personnel. Close to everything, with a nearby grocery store.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a wonderful hotel that exceeded my expectations in every way. the location of this hotel was fantastic - right on the sandy beach, providing stunning views of the sea. It was just a short walk away from various shops and restaurants, making it extremely convenient. The rooms were well equipped, with a kitchen and a little balcony, allowing us to enjoy our meals with a view. The attention to detail was evident, as toiletries, washing up liquid, and even pegs for the airer were provided. Furthermore, the staff were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The basic amenities were all available, and the rooms were well-maintained and clean. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying, giving us a great start to our day.

Everything was perfect, nothing to complain about.

The location of the hotel is really perfect, being right on the beach. You can enjoy the beautiful views of the sea from your room. Plus, it's very close to Elafonissi beach, which is a must-visit. The rooms are clean and comfortable, providing a cozy atmosphere for a relaxing stay.

One downside is that there is no pool available at the hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at Ermis Suites in Platanias. The apartment was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, with beautiful shops, restaurants, and a supermarket nearby. The beach was just a short walk away and the sea was transparent. We enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and the stunning views from our terrace. we highly recommend Ermis Suites for a great stay in Crete.

Located right on the beach, the room was super clean and comfortable. the sea view was breathtaking. the hotel staff was friendly and provided us with great advice on local activities. We particularly enjoyed the quiet environment and the fact that we could easily access the neighboring hotel's swimming pool and bar.

The room had two stairs that separated the kitchen and beds which could be inconvenient for people with disabilities or small children. the shower place got wet easily if the curtain was not drawn properly.

We rented 3 apartments here for a family wedding nearby. the apartments were spacious, clean, and had partial or excellent sea views. the staff at reception were nice and responsive, even giving us a late checkout for a small fee. the location is excellent, with the beach just a minute away, shops and restaurants nearby, and a brand new pool at the hotel next door that we could use. the apartment grounds were well-maintained and there was a friendly grocery store nearby.
