We loved our stay at this luxurious hotel. The location in the center of the old town was perfect, allowing us to easily explore everything in the city. The room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed, including a cozy sitting area and a terrace with garden furniture. The staff was incredibly friendly and provided excellent service, from the room service to the housekeeping. We also enjoyed the welcome drink and the free toiletries provided. The hotel offered a wide range of facilities, including a spa & wellness center, a fitness center, and a game room. The flat-screen TV and the free Wi-Fi were also appreciated.

We highly recommend this hotel to families.

Rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. Lake view not available. Breakfast is good, but lacks fresh fruit. Good location near downtown and accessible from bus station by foot. Air-conditioning works well. Helpful receptionist provides dining and walking recommendations and promptly turns on heating when requested.

The woman at the reception was incredibly friendly and helpful. She gave me great recommendations for places to eat and interesting things to see in the area. When I asked for the heating to be turned on in my room, she took care of it immediately. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location was convenient, although I couldn't see the lake from my room. The breakfast was delicious and the staff serving it were pleasant. Despite a few minor inconveniences, I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Kastoria.
