I had an amazing stay at this place in Crete! The location was perfect, situated in a beautiful alley just a few minutes walk from all the restaurants by the harbour in Chania. It was right in the centre of the old part of town, which gave it a very nice and authentic feel. The service was top-notch, with room service, car hire, and dry cleaning available. The staff was attentive and friendly, providing excellent recommendations for dinner and various excursions around Crete.

I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

We had an amazing time at this beautiful boutique hotel in old town Chania. Elia Fatma exceeded our expectations with their excellent accommodations and service. the restored mansion, with only 6 rooms, provided a cozy and intimate atmosphere. the owner and staff, especially Marianna, were fantastic and extremely helpful with everything we needed. They provided us with excellent tips for exploring Chania and even recommended places for our next stop in Crete. the rooms were spotlessly clean and the breakfast was delicious. the hotel's location, inside the old walls of the city and close to the harbor, was perfect for exploring the narrow streets and enjoying the local dining scene.

Conveniently located in the heart of the old town, close to the harbor and eating places. Well-designed with attentive staff. Comfortable beds, efficient air conditioning, and a satisfactory breakfast buffet. Helpful manageress provided excellent recommendations. Transportation assistance and easy nearby parking.

We were enchanted by the unique decor of our room at Fatma Boutique, with its charming ambiance and spaciousness. The claw-foot bathtub added a touch of elegance, and the small balcony was a lovely bonus. The staff, especially Marianna, were accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. The location within the old town and proximity to the harbor were ideal. a delightful experience worth recommending.

The hotel is set in a very nice alley, just a 3-minute walk from all the restaurants and the beautiful harbour in Chania. The location is perfect, right in the centre of the Old Town and in an old Venetian palace. The room was well equipped and comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and modern. The staff provided excellent service, giving us tips and recommendations for our stay. The breakfast was delicious, with top-notch quality ingredients that made it extra special.

The only issue we encountered was a small amount of noise coming through the door when people were using the stairs or playing music.

During my Christmas stay at this boutique hotel, I loved the delicious and varied breakfast, including Greek specialties. the staff was also extremely helpful in suggesting interesting places to visit in the area. the location was perfect, being in the center of town and close to many shops, restaurants, and attractions.

The housekeeping staff seemed to ignore the "Do Not Disturb" sign at times, making it difficult to sleep in. finding a parking spot can be a challenge due to the limited availability and disregard for parking rules in the area.
