Convenient location close to city center and supermarket with bus station nearby. Calm and relaxing atmosphere with friendly and helpful staff. Excellent halfboard food. Enjoyable stay and would return when traveling to the area.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. the breakfast had a nice variety of fruits, eggs, and toast. the swimming pools were clean and not crowded, so it was easy to relax in peace. Being able to enjoy the pool without too many people around was definitely a plus.

The location of the hotel wasn't ideal, especially if you didn't have a car. It was quite far from the main attractions, and it took a long walk to get to the town.

We enjoyed being able to walk to Chania old town and explore the nearby marina with its range of restaurants. The food at the hotel's restaurant, especially the octopus carpaccio, was delicious. We found the prices to be good value for the quality of the accommodation and dining options. Although the rooms were basic, they were clean and comfortable, ensuring a pleasant stay.

This hotel exceeded all our expectations. the location was perfect - situated in a quiet area outside the main centre of Chania, up on a hill, we enjoyed breathtaking views of the city from our balcony. Secondly, the staff were exceptional, always greeting us with a smile and going above and beyond to assist us. Lastly, the rooms were spacious and kept in pristine condition, with free air conditioning in the bedroom. We couldn't have asked for a better stay.

During our relaxing holiday, my partner and I stayed in a lovely apartment on a small hill just outside the main town. We enjoyed a beautiful view of the pool and the sea from our balcony. The room was a bit small but impeccably clean. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and we had delicious meals at the on-site restaurant. The location was close to the center of town, with a pleasant 25-minute walk to the main harbor area. We loved the peaceful and picturesque surroundings.

We did notice a bit of neglect in the surrounding area, with some dog poo and litter on the way to the beach.

The value for money at Frida Apartments was excellent, with clean and comfortable rooms. The location was great, just a short walk or affordable taxi ride to the city center and old harbor. The staff were friendly and always went above and beyond to help with anything we needed.

We loved the location, just a short walk from the beach and close to some lovely restaurants. It was perfect for a romantic getaway.

The only "complaint" we have is that our stay here felt like visiting family. We had such a great time that we didn't want to leave!
