Our stay at Gianna Suites was incredible. The fast wifi was a great bonus, and the spacious room with a small balcony provided a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The shower had excellent pressure and hot water, and the pool area was beautiful. The location near the center of Thira was convenient, despite the steep hill leading up to the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

The location was ideal, just a short 15-minute walk from the center of Fira. It was close enough to enjoy the charming tavernas and bars overlooking the Caldera, yet far enough away to avoid the hustle and bustle of the busy town center. The staff, including Matthia at reception, were incredibly helpful and always greeted us with a cheerful manner. The room itself was beautiful and spotlessly clean, with a wonderfully comfortable bed. I highly recommend Gianna Suites for a memorable stay on the Greek Islands.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in so many ways. the attention to detail was impeccable. Our room, although labeled as "Economy," was spotlessly clean and tidied up daily with fresh towels and toiletries. The highlight was the private hot tub on the balcony, offering breathtaking views of the sea. It felt like a luxurious oasis right in our room.

The quadruple room was spacious and the bathroom was a standout feature. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service. the breakfast included local specialties, adding to the overall experience.

Some rooms required climbing many stairs to access, which may be difficult for those with physical disabilities.

The room I stayed in was exactly like the pictures - spacious, comfortable, and clean. I particularly loved the private seating area outside my room, which overlooked the pool and offered stunning views of the beach. Speaking of the pool, it was just the right size and provided a refreshing oasis to relax in. The staff at Gianna Suites went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable, making me feel like a valued guest. Lastly, the breakfast was amazing - a wide variety of choices and even a coffee machine to start the day off right. I would rate my experience at Gianna Suites a perfect 10/10.

We were offered a couple of complimentary drinks upon arrival which was a nice touch, and the location was quite central for exploring. The pool was also a nice respite from the heat.
