I recently stayed at a luxurious 4-star hotel and I was extremely impressed with the comfort and quality services provided here. The location of this place close to the city center was very convenient for exploring the nearby attractions. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was pleasant, offering services such as room service, car hire, and dry cleaning. The room itself was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, making me feel right at home. I also loved the fact that there was a swimming pool on-site, perfect for a refreshing dip after a long day of exploring.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

Clean, modern, attractive. Staff helpful and pleasant. Kind and understanding during unexpected hospital visit. Pleasant room. Convenient for transit. Big clean rooms with nice furniture. Comfortable beds and pillows. Quiet despite being near a big road. Clean pool and nice pool area. Blackout curtains for a good sleep. Wonderful hosts, open kitchen late at night. Cleanest room seen in Greece. Supplies for coffee/tea in room. Menu with basic, tasty meals. Excellent establishment, new, clean, nicely decorated. Spacious room with all amenities. Polite staff. Conveniently situated close to Ioannina city. Swimming pool was a treat. Ate best Mille-feuille EVER!!!

The hotel was in a good location and had a nice pool. Also, the rooms were new and clean, with comfortable beds and a great view of the mountains.

The staff was not helpful and did not speak English well. Also, the breakfast was basic and not very tasty. I was disappointed with my experience and would not recommend this hotel to others.

We stayed at a lovely boutique hotel on the outskirts of the city. The location was convenient for us as we wanted to avoid the city center parking and traffic, yet still be able to reach the city center quickly. The rooms were comfortable and quiet, allowing us a peaceful night's sleep. The breakfast provided a variety of choices to suit our preferences. the friendly staff went above and beyond to assist us during our stay.

One small downside was that the decor in the rooms was a bit outdated, but it didn't really bother us.
