the pool area was “fantastic”, but no one bothered to provide fresh towels, which woudl ve been a nice touch. also, the room sound insulation was pathetically poor, I couldn’t sleep through the screams from the party next door. and after all this, I was denied a room upgrade!

Housekeeping deserves top marks. rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels and toiletries provided.

The absence of breakfast included in the stay was disappointing and inconvenient.

This place is a hidden gem! The suite with a balcony offered immaculate views and a tranquil atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond, helping with airport transfers and local tips. Enjoyed relaxing by the peaceful pool, and daily cleaning kept the rooms bright. Just a short, pleasant walk to Fira’s vibrant heart!

walk to the main square and offers direct access to the roads leading to Oia and other parts of the island. The staff was friendly and helpful, always willing to assist, which made our stay seamless. However, I did wish breakfast was included for the price.

Super friendly staff, wonderful amenities, including a seasonal outdoor pool that was always clean and a great place to relax, and a convenient location just a short walk from the bus station for easy exploring.

The uphill walk to the town center is exhausting!!! The lack of a kitchen or food service is disappointing!!! Sound insulation in the rooms is inadequate, making it hard to enjoy a peaceful night!!!

The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered a magnificent view of the sea from the balcony. The pool area is a peaceful retreat, perfect for unwinding after exploring the nearby restaurants. However, the uphill walk to the town can be tiring, especially in the heat, and the absence of food service on-site calls for planning ahead when it comes to meals. Accessibility might be a concern for those with mobility issues.

Great location. just a short uphill walk to the town center. Pool area was always clean with plenty of beds. and the room had a nice balcony. The staff were super attentive. even offering a kettle for tea!

The beautiful Mediterranean-style pool area provided a perfect relaxing spot, while the friendly staff made us feel welcomed throughout our stay. A lovely touch was their willingness to recommend local dining spots and activities.

This place suits me perfectly with amenities like free wi-fi, a seasonal outdoor pool, luggage storage, and a bar/lounge area. I'll always remember how the staff helped me find my lost ring. I highly recommend this hotel, and I'm coming back for a weekend!

In my wife’s opinion, having more lounge chairs at the pool would be great.
