We spent Christmas at this hotel and the two things we enjoyed the most were the friendly staff and the swim-up apartments. The location was also great, just a short walk to the beach and the nearby restaurants. One of the best aspects was the all-inclusive food, which made it very convenient for us to stay in and relax by the pool.

There were some negative aspects to our stay. The bathroom was a bit run-down and the tiles were not properly finished, causing some leakage and dampness.

We had an amazing stay at a resort with a stunning view and friendly staff. The location was a bit far from town, but taxis and a bus stop were easily available. Our room had a comfortable and big bed, and the design was lovely. The pool and swim-up apartments were a highlight, and we enjoyed the all-inclusive food options with great variety. The staff were always ready to help, and the hotel had a modern and cool design.

The bathroom floor became very wet when using the shower.

The pool area was fantastic, with comfortable beds and tables and umbrellas per two beds. It was a luxurious touch. The food at the resort was delicious, with a variety of options that changed daily. I particularly enjoyed the Mexican night and the Greek gyros. The staff at the resort were wonderful, from the receptionist who was always pleasant and helpful to the kind and attentive kitchen staff. The views from the resort were beautiful, especially during sunsets. the cleaning system for the rooms was perfect, allowing guests to choose when and how often they wanted their rooms cleaned.

The resort seemed unfinished in some parts, with shower doors that didn't prevent water from flowing out and some rooms having noise issues, such as a rooster waking guests up early in the morning. The hotel's location was a bit far from the city, making it inconvenient to get to town at times.

The staff at Harmony Crest Resort & Spa were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure I had a great stay. The food was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. The room with the pool was absolutely fantastic and provided a luxurious experience. The all-inclusive package was a great value, especially with alcoholic beverages included until 11 PM. The view from the resort was absolutely breathtaking.

The only drawback I experienced was the location, as it was a bit far from town. However, taxis were readily available and reasonably priced.
