I stayed at this hotel for a short, last-minute trip and was pleasantly surprised. The staff was very helpful, from the receptionist who upgraded our room to the groom who attended to all our requests. The rooms were comfortable with large beds, and the hotel had a nice pool. The restaurant served tasty food and the all-inclusive package was worth it. it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I recently had an amazing experience at a hotel in Crete. the staff were incredibly polite and attentive to all of our needs. Even though we arrived late, they had a cold plate and drink waiting for us. the food at the hotel was plentiful, varied, and absolutely delicious. Our rooms were always clean thanks to the attentive housekeeping staff who made sure they were cleaned daily. the TV had a wide selection of programs, and the bars were open throughout the day. We also enjoyed the two pools available for relaxing and sunbathing. the location of the hotel was perfect, as it was just a short walk from Hersonissos, where we could go out for drinks or a leisurely stroll. I will definitely visit this hotel again in the future.

The staff were incredible, especially the doorman and reception who were always helpful and polite. The room was exceptionally clean and neat, with a comfortable bed and modern amenities. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach, bars, restaurants, and shops. We also enjoyed the big balcony and the convenience of having a supermarket nearby.

The location of the hotel is great, just a short walk from the beach and the marina where you can book trips and take the trains. The area is vibrant and lively, with plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from.

One negative aspect of the hotel was the lack of sun beds by the pool. People would reserve them early in the morning with towels, leaving no beds available for other guests.

Well-situated with a short walk to city center, nightlife, and beach. Clean room, good food, friendly staff. Convenient parking, helpful bellboy. Receptionist and front manager were excellent. Enjoyed anniversary celebration organized by restaurant team. Thanks to beach bar staff and hotel management. Would definitely come back.
