Hill Suites was a perfect location for exploring Santorini. the modern and clean apartment had beautiful decoration and a lovely terrace for social media pictures. the service provided by Nikolas was top-notch, and he assisted with everything, including moving things up the stairs. the hot tub was always hot and functioning well, and the amenities, like the professional hairdryer and kitchenette, were excellent. the overall experience exceeded my expectations and I couldn't fault it in any way.

We had an incredible stay at Hill Suites in Fira. The location is just a few minutes away from the town center, making it convenient to explore. The property itself is stunning, with beautiful and stylish rooms that were immaculately clean. The shared terrace and hot tub were a highlight, providing a perfect place to relax. The staff were friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast each morning was fresh and delicious. we had a fantastic experience and highly recommend this hotel.

The suites were decorated beautifully, spacious and always clean. the location was quiet and peaceful which was great for relaxation. the amenities on site included a hot tub and a common area for meals and work with great Wi-Fi connection.

The poor value for money combined with the lack of assistance on site and multiple issues such as a broken jacuzzi, sticky floors, and no daily bottled water made it very hard to enjoy the stay. the kitchenette was poorly equipped and not all the basic necessities were provided, such as bathroom carpet, pool towels, and multiple Nescafe sachets.

The only slight drawback is that it is a bit of a walk to the city center. However, the peaceful location more than makes up for it.

The staff provided excellent service, from car hire to housekeeping, they went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The hotel amenities were top-notch, with a beautiful jacuzzi and sun terrace available for leisure. The room itself was spacious and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities like free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, and a terrace with garden furniture. It truly felt like a luxurious and comfortable retreat.
