The owner Nikos welcomed us with open arms and served us the most delicious welcome meal and drink. Excellent location within the beautiful city. Parking around the area was quite easy. Very hospitable host, always willing to offer recommendations for beautiful locations to visit in the island. Also very clean, our room was cleaned every day.

We were pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome and delicious welcome snack at this lovely hotel. The owners provided us with great information about Chania, including the best restaurants and beaches. The location is perfect, right on the edge of the pedestrianized old town and only a short walk to the center. The staff were friendly and helpful, always offering fruits and even arranging a taxi for us. Free parking and free umbrellas were also added bonuses. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had a refrigerator. a great value for money.

Our stay at Filoxenia was exceptional. The room was spacious with a lovely balcony, and it was always cleaned meticulously every morning. The owner, Mr. Nikos, welcomed us warmly and provided us with valuable information about the area, including marked recommendations on a map. He even offered to store our luggage on our last day, giving us the peace of mind to explore until our evening flight. The hotel's location is perfect, with numerous restaurants and cafes nearby, as well as a small beach just minutes away. We would definitely choose to stay at Filoxenia again if we return to Chania.

We had a delightful stay at Hotel Filoxenia in the center of Chania. The location was perfect, with all the important places within walking distance. Our room was clean and pleasant, and the shower was amazing. The owners of the hotel went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, providing us with helpful travel tips and warm hospitality. We are truly grateful for their kindness and assistance throughout our stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable with a balcony offering a nice view of the beach. The hotel facilities were great, including a fridge and TV in the rooms, as well as air conditioning. The location was excellent, right next to the beach and really close to the sea. We loved that there were cafes right by the hotel and that the old harbor and city center were within easy walking distance. The staff were amazing, with the owner being a kind and helpful host who gave us great tips to explore the city and surrounding areas.

There was nothing we didn't like.
