My recent stay at this hotel was a pleasant surprise filled with positive aspects. the staff were incredibly friendly and always eager to help with any issue or request. the room service was excellent, ensuring that everything was kept neat and tidy. the location, so close to the centre of town, made it super convenient to explore Athens easily. the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. the cafe downstairs, Tier Cafe, offered delicious breakfast options, and the staff there were lovely and accommodating.

Although my stay was overall enjoyable, one thing that could be improved is the occasional smell of smoke from the cafe downstairs entering the room. It might be beneficial for the hotel to address this issue.

Tier Hotel in Athens was a convenient base, a short walk from the Metro. the cafe was a nice spot for breakfast. the staff were helpful, rooms were clean, and the air conditioner worked well. A few minor inconveniences, but nothing to disrupt a great stay! Thank you!
