The hotel is conveniently located, with a beautiful beach just a short walk away. The bus stop nearby makes it easy to explore Chania and other beaches. The area is not too touristy, providing a more authentic experience. The rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean, with modern amenities such as a kitchenette and AC. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service.

Some guests mentioned that the balcony on the ground floor was not very private.

The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was delicious. the rooms were spacious and had modern amenities. the hotel also had a nice pool area with loungers to relax on. the location was great as it was close to several nice beaches and there were plenty of restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance.

Our experience was ruined by the lack of heating in our room during the Christmas holidays. We were freezing and had to ask several times for extra blankets.

I recently stayed at Icarus in Kalamaki for a week and it was fantastic. The hotel has been stylishly refurbished and my spacious apartment was clean and comfortable. The staff, including Fotini, Katarina, Christina, and Demetrius, were all incredibly helpful and friendly. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the beach and local amenities. The breakfasts were delicious, especially the homemade pancakes. The garden and pool areas were lovely and provided a peaceful retreat. I highly recommend this hotel to family and friends.

I recently had a very nice stay at this hotel in a really nice area, which was not too touristy. The location was perfect, as it was close to some amazing beaches that were just a short walk away. The rooms were spacious and had modern furnishings throughout, which made for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights was the attention to detail, as the room came with a jacuzzi, adding a touch of luxury. The breakfast provided was also excellent, with a good variety of options to choose from.

My stay at Icarus was fantastic! The rooms were beautifully appointed and spacious, with air conditioning in each room to cater to individual needs. I especially loved the welcome mail recommending interesting places to visit. The garden and swimming pool were well-maintained, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The daily cleaning service ensured a clean and comfortable environment. Although the breakfast food wasn't replenished as consistently as I would have liked, there was a nearby shop where I could buy everything I needed. Despite the occasional noise from inconsiderate guests, I would still recommend this hotel. I had a great experience at Icarus.
