From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us with warmth and big smiles, making us feel so welcome and confident in our choice. the spacious and extra clean junior suite with ocean view exceeded our expectations, and we appreciated the thoughtful amenities like the Nespresso machine and 24-hour room service. the four amazing pools, including the indoor/outdoor one in the top-notch spa salon, provided plenty of options for relaxation and fun. the food at the main buffet and the a la carte restaurants was excellent, and the drinks were also delicious. We also loved the spa facilities, including the indoor pool, and the special anniversary cake and champagne they prepared for us in our room was a lovely touch.

The beach-front bungalow offered breathtaking views and clear waters. The friendly staff provided excellent service, including a convenient buggy service. The a la carte restaurants had great food, and the room decor was lovely. a tranquil and enjoyable vacation.

Had a great time during Easter at this all-inclusive hotel. the food was fresh and there were vegetarian options available throughout the day. the staff were friendly and accommodating, always asking if we needed anything. the pool was clean and never crowded, which was a plus. the hotel is also in a great location, close to the beach and local shops.

The room cleaning service was not up to expectations. the towels were not always changed and the minibar was not restocked regularly.

the exclusive amenities and attention to detail were unparalleled. the spa and wellness center offered a range of treatments and facilities including a sauna, indoor swimming pool, Turkish bath, and massage services. the outdoor swimming pool and beach access provided a refreshing escape from the heat and an opportunity to catch some sun. the garden area and entertainment were also exceptional. the staff provided exemplary service with personalized attention to our every need.

We did experience a minor issue with the room's air conditioning. Despite this, the hotel was quick to address the issue and provided exceptional service to rectify the problem promptly.
