We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff provided excellent service. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and we particularly enjoyed the convenient parking and transportation options. The location was perfect, with easy access to a wonderful selection of Cretan restaurants, down to the pretty harbour area, and on the beach. The breakfast offered was delicious, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Explored Ancient Eleftherna, wandered through Margarites, hiked the E4 route , visited Rethymno's sites, enjoyed the daily cleaning upon my request, and relaxed by the pool.

Tragic enough, I couldn't spend all day doing nothing by the pool.

I recently stayed at Iliana Hotel in Panormos for a week-long vacation. The hotel was perfect for a peaceful and relaxing stay. The pool was beautiful and private, with a lovely view from the balcony. The location was ideal, with easy access to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The manager and staff were incredibly helpful, nice, and friendly. The rooms were clean and equipped with everything I needed, including a fridge, TV, air conditioning. The breakfasts were delicious and reasonably priced. I had a fantastic experience at Iliana Hotel.

Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

I got great value for my money at Iliana Hotel in Panormos. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a big balcony and a cozy bed. The location was perfect - just a short walk to the beach and nearby restaurants and a supermarket. The staff, especially Andreas, were outstanding in providing me with amazing recommendations and going above and beyond to make my stay memorable.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast better was a wider selection of options.

Finally had an excuse to wear my fancy sunglasses at the archaeological site of Ancient Eleftherna. Iliana Hotel was perfectly situated in the heart of Panormos village. Rethymno town offered plenty to see, but I preferred lounging by the pool at the hotel.

Forgot to pack my ancient artifact collection, would've been nice to display them in my studio apartment.

As a disabled traveler, I truly appreciated the very helpful and friendly manager and staff at this hotel. They made sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable, providing all the necessary amenities for my needs. The lovely clean rooms with a fridge, TV, air conditioning, small cooker, kettle, and power points were perfect. The hotel's perfect location made it convenient for me to explore the nearby shops, restaurants, and beach. The local coach and bus pick up points being just a minute away made it incredibly easy for me to get around. The private balcony with a pool view added to the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast at a reasonable price was delicious, with various options including home-made pies, pastries, fresh bread, dried fruits, and local yogurt. this hotel offered a super value for a very peaceful and relaxing stay.

I felt at home during my stay at this hotel and had no reason to complain.
