I recently stayed at the Ionian Emerald Resort for a relaxing holiday. The staff were friendly and the beautiful pool and spa provided the perfect setting for relaxation. The contemporary decor, superb location, and nearby restaurant La Familia made my stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel to friends.

We recently stayed at a lovely hotel located right on the seafront. The location was perfect, with a very small beach of white stones just a few steps away. The rooms were spacious and clean, with plenty of hot water in the bathroom. The staff were friendly and always willing to assist us with anything we needed. The breakfast was delicious, with lots of different options to choose from. We also enjoyed the beautiful view from our room and the great pool area.

We did notice that the Wi-Fi connection was a bit unreliable at times.

Great location and stunning sea views from the top floor rooms. the pool area is very well maintained and offers plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. I particularly enjoyed the free shuttle service to and from the airport that made our trip hassle-free.

The breakfast lacked variety and could have been better in terms of quality. the staff at breakfast were not very attentive and seemed disinterested.

We got great value for our money at Ionian Emerald Resort. The room was top-notch and the location was perfect for visiting nearby attractions. The staff treated us like VIPs and made our stay even more enjoyable.

Food for breakfast could be improved with a wider selection of bread and viennoiserie.

Couldn't fault

We had a delightful stay at a beautiful resort in Kefalonia Island. The stunning view from our room took our breath away. The spacious and clean rooms, along with the wonderful balcony, provided a perfect place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The pool area was clean and spacious, and we loved sipping on refreshing cocktails served by the friendly and talented barman, Thanos. The attentive and helpful staff, led by Helena, made our stay even more enjoyable. We can't wait to come back soon.

The hotel provided exclusive amenities that truly fulfilled our luxurious needs. the Spa & Wellness Centre was excellent, featuring a sauna, swimming pool, outdoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, steam room. the back massage we received was unforgettable, and the spa lounge was a peaceful place to relax.

Despite the hotel having almost all the amenities required for an exceptional stay, there was one minor issue. the continental breakfast was subpar compared to the rest of the facilities.
