the location was perfect, as it was also close to the bus station and the beautiful old port. the staff, particularly Maria and the man at reception, were incredibly helpful and friendly. They provided us with useful tips and arranged a rental car at a great price. the room was spacious, cleaned daily, and had a fridge. it was a good value for money.

We had a wonderful stay at Irene Hotel. the location was perfect, just a few minutes away from the town, port, and markets. the staff was lovely, accommodating, and friendly. the room was clean upon arrival and well-maintained throughout our stay. the best part was the balcony with its stunning view of the sea. It was so relaxing to fall asleep while listening to the waves. Irene Hotel provided a great experience and excellent value for money.

Location = Mind-blowing! So close to the old town and the beach, couldn't ask for more!

As backpackers, we loved the helpful staff and their recommendations for local dining and drinks. The location was convenient, close to the bus station and within walking distance of the beach, old town, and high street. Beds were comfortable, rooms were cleaned daily, and towels were changed every second day. The breakfast was delicious and abundant. We were given extras like an iron, kettle, and hairdryer upon request. More blankets and pillows were also provided. excellent value for money and an ideal base for exploring.

The room was impeccably clean and comfortable, complete with air conditioning and a breathtaking sea view from the balcony. the staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. the hotel is located in a quiet side road, making it easy to find and providing a peaceful atmosphere. We also appreciated the convenience of easy parking and the close proximity to the old town. the elevator, nice friendly staff, good WiFi reception, and the availability of different tea choices for breakfast were all added bonuses.

I was able to walk to all the main attractions and the beautiful old town. The staff at the front desk were friendly and always had a smile on their faces. They even went out of their way to help me with reserving a car, even though I ended up not renting one. The cleaning staff did a great job ensuring my room was tidy every morning. I also enjoyed the daily breakfast, which provided a nice start to the day. I had a pleasant stay at Irene Hotel and would recommend it to others.

The lady at reception went above and beyond to provide excellent service, including preparing breakfast for those leaving early and giving great recommendations. She also arranged a late check-out and provided a phone charger. The room was spacious and quiet, and the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the old town and fish restaurants. the service and hospitality at this hotel were exceptional.

The location of the hotel was perfect, just outside of the bustling city center. We were able to easily explore the city and its attractions, such as the harbor and the beach, all within a short walking distance. The helpful staff provided us with great recommendations for places to eat, drink, and see in this city. We also found the hotel facilities to be clean and well-maintained, and the parking was easy to find nearby. Additionally, the transportation options were convenient, allowing us to easily explore the surrounding areas.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Irene Hotel in Chania was definitely worth the money! The room was clean, comfortable, and had a lovely balcony. The location was great, right by the bus station, and the staff treated me with kindness and went above and beyond to give me recommendations and assistance.

It was close to the old town, bus station, and shopping streets. the spacious and clean room had all the basic furniture and decorations we needed. the buffet breakfast was delicious with a variety of options including coffee, tea, juice, bread, cereals, yogurt. the staff were friendly and always ready to help. We felt that we got great value for our money and would definitely book here again.
