We stayed at Villa Iris in Koundouros for a week and it was amazing! The homemade breakfast was unbelievable, with fresh, regional products. Lorena was so nice and helpful, making our stay easy with our 13-month-old son. The Junior Suite with Sea View had an excellent terrace view and the shared pool was clean and inviting. The location was great, with Ligia beach right at our doorstep. We loved the attention to detail, cleanliness, and welcoming atmosphere. We can't wait to go back!

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

I had an amazing stay at this villa! The location was perfect, right by a beautiful beach and in an idyllic spot. The hotel facilities were great and the cleanliness was top-notch. The breakfast provided was delicious and the staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, and the Junior Suite with Sea View was a great room for 2-3 adults. The location was perfect, with Ligia beach right at the doorstep and Koundouraki beach nearby. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay outstanding. The attention to detail, cleanliness, and welcoming atmosphere were top-notch. The shared pool was super clean and inviting, with an excellent water temperature. Plus, the view from the terrace was simply breathtaking. The homemade breakfast with regional products was absolutely delicious. a highly recommendable hotel with cool beaches and great Greek hospitality.

Hotel breakfast could have been improved with a sharper knife for cutting. However, the staff quickly supplied one to us when we requested.

Delicious homemade breakfast with regional products, comfortable beds, quiet environment with beautiful sunsets, lovely nearly private beach 50m away, nice pool area to hang out. Perfect host, discreet yet fulfills all your wishes. Well reachable by car, no need for a Van, small vehicle is fine. No restaurants within walking distance, but host gave recommendations under 20 minutes by car.
