The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and we were impressed by the friendly staff who helped us with our luggage and provided a taxi from the airport to the hotel. The pool snack menu was very enjoyable, and we appreciated the shuttle bus to the city centre in the evenings.

The location was not as central as we had hoped, which made commuting an issue, and we found some of the staff lacked hospitality. some of the facilities were not well maintained, and the dining options were limited.

We had an amazing time at Aelia Luxury Suites. From the moment we arrived, the staff, including Nikol and Anna, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The new facility is absolutely stunning, and our room was beautiful. They even surprised us with flower petals and wine to celebrate our honeymoon. The attention to detail and the personalized touch made us feel extremely special. We would highly recommend the suites to others.
