the staff was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. the hotel is family-run, and they truly make you feel like part of the family. the breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options, and the restaurant menu had something for everyone. the room was spotlessly clean, and we appreciated the modern touches, like the USB ports throughout. the pool and hot tubs were a great way to relax, and the central location was perfect for exploring Santorini. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and we were impressed by the friendly staff who helped us with our luggage and provided a taxi from the airport to the hotel. the pool snack menu was very enjoyable, and we appreciated the shuttle bus to the city centre in the evenings.

The location was not as central as we had hoped, which made commuting an issue, and we found some of the staff lacked hospitality. some of the facilities were not well maintained, and the dining options were limited.

They even surprised us with flower petals and wine to celebrate our honeymoon. the attention to detail and the personalized touch made us feel extremely special. We would highly recommend the suites to others.
