Warning, you might fall in love!

This place is a treasure! Our Superior Triple Room offered a stunning sea view, and it was clean and spacious. Location couldn't be better, just a stroll to the vibrant port and amazing restaurants. Soazik at the front desk was exceptionally helpful with ferry and restaurant recommendations, making our stay unforgettable. Truly a gem!

construction noise daily, including weekends, was just a delightful touch. my terrace? oh, it felt public with no signage for privacy, and an unpleasant odor from sewage? just reviving! and can you believe no complimentary gesture for my major inconvenience? i really almost wrote a good review, but just couldn’t deal with it.

Oh, the local bakery's traditional cakes were a divine treat, transporting us straight to Naxos' culinary heart! And how about that spacious room with a beautiful terrace overlooking the beach? Just lovely!

The beachfront access was incredible, and watching the sunset from my balcony was a highlight. Soazik's local recommendations for dining added a personal touch that made exploring Naxos more enjoyable.

The studios are ideally located right on the beach, with a large and comfortable room that has a nice view. However, the bathroom is a bit dated and could use some updates, and the lack of breakfast options onsite may be a drawback. Overall, it's a solid choice for a short stay, especially for those looking to explore Naxos Town nearby.

kalergis studios is seriously the best! right on the beach, with such a cool view from the balcony. staff is super helpful and friendly, def made our trip better. the beach bar below has yummy breakfasts and amazing cocktails. and getting a complimentary bottle of wine was a sweet surprise!

the bathroom could use a little update and sometimes it got kinda noisy at night with people outside.

We had an amazing stay right on the beach! The best part was lounging on the terrace while keeping an eye on our dog playing in the shallow water. This year, we appreciated the spacious first-floor family room with fantastic views.

My children wished for better soundproofing.

Excellent location just steps from the beach!

During my stay, there was constant noise from the room above, making it difficult to relax. Additionally, I was frustrated by the lack of privacy, as the terrace felt like a public space with people walking by frequently. To top it off, the unpleasant odor from the sewage cover on our terrace was utterly off-putting and definitely not what I expected.

The beachfront access was just incredible! I loved lounging on the sun loungers with a breathtaking view of the sea. Plus, the garden area was a perfect retreat after a day of exploring.

The location is fantastic (right on the beach! ) with easy access to tavernas and shops. Staff were incredibly supportive and even helped arrange transportation. Also, the offered discounts were a nice touch for beach loungers.

The air conditioning could use an upgrade. it wasn’t very effective during our stay. Also, a few extra amenities in the kitchen area would be great.
