The location and view were unbeatable, offering the best views in Fira. The apartment in Plaka also provided a great view of the Acropolis and Parthenon, making it a perfect base for exploring. The friendliness of the Kastro staff made us feel at home, and we loved the comfortable room and empty jacuzzi with a breathtaking view of the caldera and sunset.

Located on a loft area towards the top end of the town, this hotel offers stunning views of the caldera on the beautiful island. The suite, equipped with two bathrooms and a small room with a basin, is perfect for families. The air conditioning provided effective cooling and the breakfast served on the large terrace with a fantastic view was plentiful. The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, giving useful information about sightseeing and good restaurants.

One minor drawback was the shared jacuzzi in the suite, which had some cleanliness issues with dead insects floating in it.

We had a delightful 6-night stay at this hotel which offers excellent value for money. The location in the very center of Fira was perfect, allowing us to easily walk to the restaurants and shops. Our room had a fantastic view of the caldera from the balcony, and we were pleasantly surprised by the large bathroom and separate bedroom. The breakfast served on the terrace was a highlight, with a continental spread and Greek twist to start our day off right.

We couldn't find anything to fault with our stay. Everything was ok.
