Friendly owners, central location.

The location is excellent with easy access to the centre of Fira. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are a good size and very comfortable with lovely views from the balcony.

Free Wi-Fi? Please, it's practically a luxury these days. And a private balcony? Well, I felt like the queen of Santorini. Plus, a continental breakfast to fuel my fabulous adventures.

We had booked a hotel closer to the bus station but got referred to King Thiras. What luck! It's away from the craziness of central Thira but still walkable to the central square and steps away from the caldera. The room was very clean, the bed amazingly comfortable, and the AC perfect. The family was so helpful and sweet. Although the rooms don't overlook the caldera, some have a beautiful view of Santorini and the sea. I highly recommend this great little hotel.

Stayed here over the weekend and had an amazing time! The owners were incredibly friendly and helpful, giving us great suggestions on what to do and see on the island. They even had our tickets ready for our day trip to the Caldera. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the town center and with easy access to the Oia trail. The rooms were cozy and clean, with great views. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, offering traditional Greek dishes.

The small shower, which made it a bit challenging to bath without getting water everywhere. the hotel is not suitable for people with mobility issues due to the stairs and low beds.

The hotel had impeccable hospitality, offering a free airport transfer when the requested taxi was late. The location was convenient for exploring Thira and Firostefani. The room was lovely, clean, and spacious, with great views of Fira and the sea. The owners were kind and helpful, accommodating our late check-in and providing a kettle and tea cups upon request. The breakfast was delicious, and the hotel was family-friendly.

I recently stayed at the King Thiras hotel for a few days during my vacation in Santorini. The hotel's location is perfect, tucked away on a quiet street but just a short walk to the main streets, my favorite sunset viewing spot, and the central bus station. I had an amazing stay at a clean and good value hotel in Fira! The service was exceptional with the owner going above and beyond to help us track down our airport transfer. The location was perfect, just a short walk to downtown but away from the noise. The room was super clean and the balcony had a stunning view of the island and sea. Although the beds were firm, it seems to be standard in Greece. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was friendly. Despite a few minor drawbacks like the AC not being very cold and limited wifi, I would definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Fira. I had a great experience and would recommend this hotel to others.

We had a wonderful stay at King Thiras! Mr. & Mrs. Mendrinos were the perfect hosts, so helpful and hospitable. Our room was great, serviced daily with fresh towels. The location was spot on, in a quiet area but only a few minutes' walk from the town center. We will definitely stay here again.

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at King Thiras! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the center of Fira and the main attractions. The hospitality we received from the owner was exceptional, he went out of his way to make sure we had a great stay. The room was clean, and although the furniture was a bit old, it was comfortable. The highlight for us was the breathtaking sea view from our balcony. We also enjoyed relaxing by the pool area, even though it wasn't what we expected based on the pictures. we had a fabulous time at King Thiras and would definitely recommend it for its great value and fantastic location.
