But what really made my stay memorable was the staff. From the general manager to every single staff member, they made me feel like I was part of their family. Their hospitality and kind attention were mind-blowing, always going above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfect. The hotel offered traditional activities and hired locals, which added to the authentic feel of the place. It was a true haven of relaxation, with the bleating sheep under the infinity pools creating a unique atmosphere. The antique shop was a hidden gem, and the proximity to nearby areas like the caves and the village of Foutia made exploring easy and convenient. I can't forget to mention the amazing spa, which was the perfect place to unwind and rejuvenate. this hotel is one of a kind, with jaw-dropping aesthetics and a concept that truly embraces tradition and history. The wifi connectivity in the rooms was not of the best quality, which was a bit inconvenient.

What an incredible Thanksgiving experience! the location was simply breathtaking, with gorgeous views of the sea from the hills. the hotel's historic architecture was nothing short of amazing, beautifully and lovingly restored. We stayed in a charming garden room with tomato plants right outside our door. the food was delicious, with a great variety of local dishes. the staff were so friendly and accommodating, making our stay all the more pleasurable. the grounds were fantastic, with lush olive groves and vegetable gardens that supplied the restaurant. We enjoyed our walks down to the pebble beach and taverna in the serene environment.

. The staff's level of English could have been improved, and more vegetarian options would have been great too.

We were able to indulge in luxury at this exclusive venue, with high-end amenities and an idyllic natural setting. the modern marble bathroom in our Junior Suite was a highlight, alongside a comfortable bed and a private veranda. the pool was exceptional, alongside stunning views of the Greek Aegean Sea. Breakfast on the terrace was a delight, with a wide variety of local foods available. We were impressed by the overall hotel vibe, with relaxing garden areas and stylish decor throughout.

Our only issue was with the limited dinner menu in the on-site restaurant, which was the only option for eating in the area. the attentive and friendly service and ambience of the restaurant more than made up for this small issue.
