We were pleasantly surprised by the personalized welcome note and bottle of wine waiting in our room upon arrival. The breakfast buffet was decadent and the made-to-order entrees were delicious. The hotel staff, especially the concierge, were extremely knowledgeable and helped us plan our entire vacation. The clean and spacious rooms, along with the unobstructed views of the caldera and sunset, made for a truly romantic retreat. we highly recommend this world-class resort.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel. Our room was upgraded to a honeymoon suite with a private balcony, sun bed, and jacuzzi. The attention to detail in the room was impressive and the view was breathtaking. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, even holding our bags before our arrival. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the center of the city.

Value for money was excellent, the room was beautiful and comfortable. The location provided breathtaking views of the caldera and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay.

The rooms provide a sense of privacy, but it is important not to leave valuables outside the rooms in certain areas. The hotel is situated on a cliff, offering breathtaking views of the surroundings. Additionally, the proximity to the center of the town means that shopping and entertainment are just a short walk away.

One aspect of the hotel could be improved, as there is no elevator available. This might not be suitable for disabled or elderly individuals.

We enjoyed sunsets while sipping complimentary wine in the jacuzzi. The hotel also provided a luxury transfer to the airport for us.
