The hotel had a very clean structure with friendly and helpful staff. The location was great, just a 5-minute walk to shops, restaurants, and the town center. The beautiful sandy beach, Mavros Molos, was only 10 minutes away. Most rooms had spacious balconies with nice views and a table/chairs. The bar served excellent coffee and stayed open until midnight. The hotel also had a lovely garden with a swimming pool and sunbeds. it was a comfortable and affordable holiday option.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel in Kissamos. the owners and staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. the location was perfect, with beautiful Cretan beaches and the charming city of Chania just a short distance away. the pool area was clean and well-maintained, and we even got a free upgrade to a room with a pool view. the breakfast was delicious, with locally sourced ingredients. this hotel provided excellent value for the price.

The location was perfect for exploring the beautiful beaches of West Crete. The hotel was within walking distance of the local beach and also conveniently close to shops and restaurants. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. We were especially grateful when we left something behind in the room and they kindly sent it to our next destination. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and the swimming pool area was lovely. We also appreciated the convenience of being able to purchase boat tickets to Balos at the reception. The breakfast offered great value for money. we had an amazing stay at Kissamos Hotel and would definitely recommend it.
