I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in a quiet area right at the cliff overlooking the water. The location was perfect, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were spacious and clean, with private balconies offering breathtaking views of the caldera. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure that all our needs were met. The breakfast spread was impressive, with a variety of healthy options available. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail, from the basic amenities provided to the views everywhere in the hotel.

This hotel is a hidden gem in Santorini. The location is wonderful, not far from the attractions of the island but away from the crazy busy towns of Thira and Oia. The local buses pick up on the road just behind, making it easy to explore the island. The rooms are clean and spacious with great views, especially from the wide terrace with table, chairs, and loungers. The staff here are amazing, always friendly and attentive to detail. They made sure our room was ready 30 minutes prior to check-in time. The service was excellent, and they even helped us arrange tours and transportation. The prices here are very reasonable, offering great value for money.

Had a great xmas stay at a hotel with amazing complementary facts. Taking in the location and stunning scenery was effortless - a 5 minute stroll to a beautiful beach. Staff was very friendly. Enjoyed a very tasty breakfast every day.

The location was very steep and access to rooms with heavy luggage could be a challenge. A swimming pool on site would have been nice.

Located near the Akrotiri archaeological site and within walking distance of the picturesque Akrotiri village, Kokkinos Villas offers easy access to historical sites and local amenities. The hotel is away from the main tourist areas, providing a peaceful atmosphere. Although the beach nearby may not be the best, the hotel offers a small pool for guests to relax in. The rooms are clean and well-furnished, with a good selection of breakfast items. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout the stay.

We had an incredible stay at Kokkinos Villas. The view of the caldera from our terrace and the breakfast room was absolutely amazing. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The comfortable bed ensured a restful sleep. The breakfast offered a good variety of delicious options. We also enjoyed using the pool, but what truly stood out was the beautiful and peaceful beach just a short 5-minute walk away. our experience at Kokkinos Villas was worth every penny!

The pool area was beautiful, with breathtaking views of the coastline. The location was great, nestled on a cliff side, away from the tourist mayhem. The hotel was conveniently located near a mini market and a bus stop for easy transportation around this city.
