The rooms were amazing with an impressive design and a breathtaking view. the restaurant for dinner was excellent and the location was perfect for trips in the area. We also appreciated the unique rooms/suites with very high-quality furnishings that made us feel welcome.

We experienced an issue in our room with the fireplace where an intense smell of smoke filled the room. When we tried to use the fireplace, the smoke just got worse, and we had to change rooms ASAP.

The hotel location was stunning, with beautiful views and easy access. The rooms were new, clean, and beautifully designed. The breakfast had a wide range of choices and the staff in the dining room provided excellent service. The hotel staff went above and beyond to help with any issues, including a medical problem.

The hotel is located in the beautiful Zagori area, close to many hiking trails on the mountains. The room and bathroom were spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The staff provided great service, from the front desk to the dining and spa. The breakfast included was fantastic, with a variety of high-quality food options. The hotel also offered excellent facilities, such as a spa with an indoor pool, steam room, and sauna. The view from the balcony was breathtaking.

the luxurious amenities provided were exceptional, such as the massage service and the indoor swimming pool. the spa centre had a relaxing atmosphere with a beautiful sun terrace offering picturesque views. the restaurant had outstanding food and a cosy atmosphere with a chance to eat outside with a picnic table.

the room could have benefitted from a more comprehensive beauty treatment service with a wider range of treatment options.
