kos aktis art hotel is a gem in kos island. the location is perfect, with stunning views and convenient access to restaurants and the old town. the staff is friendly and the breakfast on the terrace is delicious. highly recommend and would definitely return.

I was impressed by the quality of the room, as it was soundproof and had blackout blinds. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially when it came to arranging a car rental for us. The breakfast offered a nice variety of options, and the hotel's location was perfect - we were able to walk from the port with our luggage and also to the old part of town. It was great to be just a little bit away from the touristy areas, as it made for a peaceful stay. I would definitely choose to stay at Kos Aktis Art Hotel again!

Had a lovely Xmas break at a hotel overlooking the sea. The location was great for exploring the surrounding area and the historical center was just a five-minute walk away. The panoramic views of the water from the room created a feeling of relaxation and calm. The daily breakfast offered a diverse and delicious range of options. , the free Wi-Fi provided throughout the hotel was helpful.

The noise level at night was a bit too high, making it difficult to sleep. The air conditioning was unimpressive and sounded loud and windy at times, but it was not addressed adequately by the technician.
