We had a fantastic stay at this place. The location was perfect, right on the harbour with a lovely view. The staff, especially Ireata the receptionist, was incredibly helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with all the necessary amenities like an ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a balcony. The rooftop pool was a highlight, offering a great place to relax and enjoy the sun. the service was top-notch and the facilities were excellent.

A special mention to the evening bar staff who made guests feel welcomed and appreciated.

Not easy to find

This hotel has a great location, just off the main drag, so you're really close to everything. Plus, the beach bars offer free loungers! However, be prepared for a noisy street, as it's right on the port. The rooms are basic, but spacious, and some even offer a view of the volcano at Nysoros. The staff is polite and friendly, and the buffet breakfast is good.

The rooms could use some updates, particularly the outdated monochrome color scheme.

We had a wonderful 10-night stay at this hidden gem. The room was spacious with cozy beds and pillows that ensured a peaceful night's sleep. The stunning bay view from our room was exactly as recommended by previous guests. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our entire stay. Although there was no coffee in the room, the nearby café called "Coffee House" served the best and most affordable coffee just a short walk away. Breakfast was absolutely amazing, catering to all vacationers' preferences. The bar offered the best drinks at reasonable prices, and the view from there was truly five-star worthy. The bar staff, Yiannis and Stella, made our time there truly memorable. We also appreciated the exceptional cleanliness of our room and the warm greetings from the lovely lady who cleaned it. Kosta Palace is, without a doubt, one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. We would absolutely recommend it a thousand times over.

The hotel location was very convenient for transportation, with a bus station just 10 minutes walk away, and bicycle rentals less than 5 minutes walk. the hotel was situated near the harbor which provided lovely walks. the breakfast offered plenty of choice, and the room service staff kept our room very clean.

While the hotel was located in a lively area, it was also quite noisy due to its proximity to traffic. the furniture in the room seemed old and the room sometimes had an unpleasant smell.

The staff provided excellent service and the included breakfast was pleasant. The rooftop pool offered a beautiful view of the surrounding area, and the barman made delicious mojitos. The hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance of the town centre and close to the beach bars.
