I had an unforgettable stay at the Traditional Cottages in Koutsounari! The atmosphere was so peaceful and relaxing, and the view of the Libyan Sea was absolutely breathtaking. The cottages were clean, comfortable, and had all the modern amenities I needed. I especially loved the traditional architecture mixed with minimal design. One of the highlights of my stay was the warm hospitality of Ioanna and Dora. They made sure that I felt at home and gave me great tips about the region and local restaurants. It truly felt like experiencing the true Cretan way of life. I also appreciated the added touches such as breakfast left in the room on arrival. It was the perfect start to my day of exploring the nearby beaches and the rest of the island.

Although I loved my stay, it would have been nice to have a working fireplace for the darker, rainy windy days. Additionally, there were some ants in the beginning, but that is to be expected in a location close to nature.

I had an amazing experience staying in this place! The location up in the mountain overlooking the south Cretan sea was absolutely breathtaking. Not to mention the secluded beaches nearby that were perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The cottage itself was beautifully decorated and quite spacious, providing enhanced comfort during my stay. The staff was extremely helpful and provided excellent service, making sure that all my needs were met. this venue offered a luxurious experience surrounded by stunning natural beauty.

We spent our New Year's holiday in a lovely traditional cottage offering beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and the sea. the cottage was comfortably furnished and had all the necessary self-catering facilities. We appreciated the peaceful location of the cottage, that provided a perfect escape from the noisy city. its location gave us easy access to both the nearby beaches and mountain villages.

The lack of allocated parking. However, we managed to park our car on a side road, which was a bit tight.
