The adults only area with a black card provides a peaceful and luxurious experience. The rooms are super nice and clean, with a beautiful view of the shore. The bathroom is modern and well-maintained. The staff is super friendly and always goes out of their way to assist you. The breakfast spread is delicious with a variety of options to choose from.

The kids club personnel focused only on kids speaking English or German, which made it difficult for non-English or non-German speaking children to fully enjoy the activities.

From the moment we arrived, we were treated to pure luxury. the exclusive amenities at this venue are truly exceptional from the indoor and outdoor swimming pools, jacuzzi, and spa centre to the live entertainment and fine dining experiences. the service was impeccable, with every need fulfilled promptly and efficiently. We especially loved the sun terrace and garden area, which made relaxation easy and enjoyable.

The only minor issue we experienced was that the dining options were a bit limited, and we would have appreciated more variety in the menu. the food available was still of high quality and very tasty.

Special thanks to the maitre d'Hotel Nikos Sfakianakis, who went above and beyond to take care of my family, even bringing a special puree for our baby every day. the hotel has a superb pool area, perfect for families with kids, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. the food during lunch and dinner was delicious, with a wide variety of options. the resort complex also offers many amenities, including outdoor pools, tennis courts, a gym, and a mini-market. Access to the private beach through an underpass was also a plus. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable vacation.
