During our stay, I experienced some issues with the shower, as it would alternate between very hot and very cold water. Additionally, there was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom. However, the host was extremely receptive and promised to fix the problem as soon as possible. Despite these minor inconveniences, the overall stay at Joannes Vacation Rooms was pleasant. The host was waiting for us upon arrival and was kind and helpful throughout our stay. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, perfect for a couple. The property is conveniently located, just a short walk from the center of Adamantas. We didn't need to rent a car as we could easily explore the area on foot. The room was cleaned every two days and the mini fridge and fully equipped kitchen were convenient amenities. our experience at Joannes Vacation Rooms was enjoyable and I would recommend it as a good value for money option.

Our room was smaller than expected and didn't match what we had booked, originally paying for a triple room but being given a tiny double room instead. The room itself was cramped, with most of the space occupied by the double bed.

We had a wonderful stay at Joannes Vacation Rooms. The host was waiting for us upon our arrival and was very kind and helpful throughout our stay. The property is cleaned every 2 days and the room size was perfect for a couple. We loved having a mini fridge and a fully equipped kitchen at our disposal. The location was ideal, just a short walk from the center of town, allowing us to easily explore without needing to rent a car. it was a very pleasant and comfortable stay, definitely great value for money. Would highly recommend.
