My recent stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic! the staff were extremely attentive and always very nice, making our experience exceptional. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast every morning, and the bar/lounge area was perfect for relaxing in the evenings. the outdoor infinity pool was stunning, offering breathtaking views, and the spa & wellness centre was a great place to unwind. the location, while not very close to the main attractions, was still convenient for us as we had a rental car. the amenities and cleanliness exceeded our expectations, and the staff truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. we were extremely impressed and would highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing getaway.

One thing that could be improved is the availability of late check-out options. It would have been more convenient to have alternative choices with late flights, rather than being given a strict leaving time.

The Magma Resort Santorini exceeded my expectations with its convenient location for exploring key Santorini attractions, friendly staff who were always ready to assist, and the tranquil ambiance of the hotel grounds. the private pool in our upgraded room was a highlight, and the proximity to notable landmarks like Skaros Rock and the Folklore Museum contributed to our family's bonding experience.

we had an amazing time at Magma Resort Santorini, In the Unbound Collection By Hyatt. the infinity pool and the guest relations manager were absolutely amazing and helpful. the rooms were mesmerizing and comfortable, the food delicious, and the spa luxurious. the staff was caring, friendly, and very helpful, making us feel like we were the only guests.

Exceptional Service and Luxurious Facilities

My recent stay at the resort was highlighted by the impeccable service provided by the friendly and attentive staff. the luxurious facilities, breathtaking infinity pool, and beautifully appointed rooms truly made for a memorable experience. One aspect that can be improved is the inconsistency in housekeeping services and the high pricing for certain items.

The facility was new and luxurious, and we enjoyed our upgraded room with a private pool. the taxi transfer service was amazing and helped us explore the beautiful scenery of the island.

We did not appreciate the exorbitant prices for extras, such as 8 € for a bottle of mineral water in the mini-bar, 40 € for two coffee and a small dessert, and the inconvenient location that required us to rent a car. the sluggish breakfast service, even though the hotel was empty, and the unfriendly staff were a significant downer.

This hotel is a luxurious paradise that fulfilled all my exclusive amenities needs. the staff was incredibly attentive, providing excellent service, and the Spa & wellness centre was a serene retreat, offering various massage and beauty treatments.

The hotel's beach access was limited and required transportation. while the restaurant provided exceptional cuisine, the special diet menus were limited.

During my recent stay at Magma Resort in Santorini, I was amazed by the impressive architecture and design of the hotel. The friendly and attentive staff made me feel welcome throughout my visit. The food at the resort was excellent, and the cleanliness of the rooms was exceptional. The highlight of my stay was being upgraded to a room with a private pool, adding an extra touch of luxury. Additionally, the taxi transfer service provided by Chris and Giannis was exceptional and made our trip truly magical. The main pool at the resort was also stunning. I would highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious and enjoyable vacation experience.
