Location, next to beach, shops, restaurants. Shallow and sandy beach, calm sea. Clean and nice staff. Fantastic breakfast, fresh and delicious food, good cocktails. Excellent air conditioning, comfortable beds, daily house cleaning. Breathtaking views from balcony. Helpful and friendly staff. Great location

I recently stayed at a lovely hotel situated right by the sea. The location was perfect, with many restaurants and a supermarket nearby. The rooms were clean, well-equipped, and had stunning views of the pool and sea. The friendly staff provided great service, and the cleaning staff were helpful and efficient. The pool was spacious and inviting, and there was direct access to the beach. the hotel had everything I needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The bathroom floor could be slippery after taking a shower.

I had an incredible 11-night stay at Maria Mare Apart-Hotel. The location is perfect, with easy access to shops and taverns, and it's right on the beach, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere away from street noise. The hotel is well-maintained and exceptionally clean, with a dreamy pool. The breakfast and lunch prepared by Dimi and Susan are delicious, made with fresh ingredients and great attention to hygiene. The staff, including the three sisters and the fantastic father, made us feel like part of their family. I can't imagine a better place to stay in Argassi for an extended period. Can't wait to come back!

Stayed at this lovely apart-hotel and had an amazing experience. the hotel offers clean and spacious apartments with great self catering facilities, including a toaster. the location is ideal, just a short walk to the resort center with shops, bars, and restaurants that are open late. the highlight was the extraordinary view from the hotel's pool and private beach. the staff, especially Dimi and Georgia, were friendly and always there to meet our needs. it was the perfect base for our trips and activities around the island.

Great location with a nice view. the pool looked inviting and was a good size. the breakfast was reasonable with a handful of choices.

Not great value for the price paid. the rooms were cramped with old-fashioned furniture.
