Excellent location, helpful staff, clean room, nice pool and beach access, good breakfast.

During my recent stay at a hotel in the Platanias area of Crete, I was delighted by the luxurious rooms and professional service. The hotel spared no effort in maintaining the rooms to a high standard, providing excellent value for money.

The hotel in Platanias is in a very good area, near to the center and offers great value for money. The rooms with private balconies and a wonderful view were kept super clean.

All was great, no improvements needed.

Ideal location near beach, shops, and restaurants. 2 restaurants and bar offer delicious food and drinks. Daily cleaning with regular towel and bedsheet changes. Room with jacuzzi was nice, but unheated. Convenient kitchenette. 2 small pools available. Free sunbeds by pool and beach. Chocolates and wine in room. Amazing sea view from balcony. Excellent breakfast with diverse options. Attentive and helpful staff. Beautiful pools. Incredible service and food at Waves Restaurant. Free parking.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing, with a great selection of fresh bread and fruits. The location was very convenient, close to local shops and restaurants. The pool was nice and clean, with plenty of sunbeds available.

There were a few negative aspects that affected my stay. The staff was not very friendly and did not seem interested in providing good service. The Wi-Fi was poor and often did not work at all. The decor of the hotel was outdated and required renovation. The prices for additional services such as laundry and parking were expensive. I was disappointed with my experience and would not recommend this hotel.
