I recently stayed at Marizan Caves & Villas for a weekend getaway. The location was breathtaking, overlooking the Aegean Sea with stunning sunset views. The staff, especially Faye and Marios, were incredibly helpful and welcoming, providing us with great tips for local restaurants. The breakfast each morning was delicious and served in a variety of beautiful communal spaces. Our room was spacious and luxurious, complete with a private jacuzzi and seating area. The hotel was nestled in a quiet part of town, offering a peaceful atmosphere and great sleep. The cleanliness and daily service were impeccable. We felt pampered and will definitely return for our anniversary.

breakfast ordering process could be improved

We stayed at a lovely boutique hotel situated towards the western end of the historic part of town. It was in a quite area, away from the busiest part, with stunning views of the sunset. The rooms were cozy caves that remained cool even in the afternoon heat. The service was excellent, with the hosts being very helpful and concerned about all our needs. The breakfast, delivered to our room, was delicious and satisfying. The landscaping was also beautiful, adding to the overall charm of the place.

The wifi was not the best, but it seems to be a problem on the whole island and not specific to the hotel.

Kostas, the staff member, was always cheerful and helpful in showing me great places to eat and visit on the map. They even offered to pick me up from the port when I arrived by ferry. The staff was hardworking and went above and beyond, taking care of my luggage and even wrapping furniture in the morning. The location was perfect, close to the Oia castle, Ammoudi Bay, and Shopping Centre. a wonderful experience as a budget traveler.
