J'ai adoré voir mes petits-enfants jouer dans la piscine, m'asseoir sur le balcon pour regarder les feux d'artifice avec ma famille et avoir suffisamment d'espace pour tout le monde afin de se divertir et se reposer. L'hôtel était propre et offrait de superbes installations, notamment un parking pratique. L'emplacement était idéal, avec un accès facile aux transports en commun. Le personnel était sympathique et serviable.

We had an amazing stay at Melissa Apartments in Malia. The location was perfect, close to bars and shopping. The staff was nice and helpful. The pool was large and special. The apartment was spacious, beds comfortable, and the kitchenette well stocked. Housekeeping was efficient and welcoming. Ingrid was a true treasure, providing great tips and suggestions. The pool bar offered a great selection. Thank you for your hospitality.

Hard to think of anything.

We recently stayed at a family-run hotel and our stay was very enjoyable. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist us. The rooms were very clean upon arrival, and the breakfast and lunch served were delicious and filling. The hotel had a great location, with easy access to supermarkets, restaurants, and a strip. The outdoor lounge area and pool were in excellent condition and offered a great atmosphere to relax and unwind.

The maid came to our room every day, but only did the bare minimum of tidying up. We had to use the same towels for the week, and the bedsheets were not changed.

The warm and friendly welcome from the owners and their family made our stay at Melissa Apartments truly memorable. The pool area was clean and beautifully maintained, surrounded by fruit trees, providing a peaceful and relaxing ambience. The location at the edge of old town Malia allowed us to enjoy amazing meals at local restaurants and tavernas. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and enjoyable experience.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was exceptional, and the hotel facilities were great. The pool was large and clean, and I loved the sun deck with its comfortable sun beds. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, always ensuring that I had everything I needed. The location of the hotel was perfect for a girls holiday, as it was so close to the main bar strip but far enough away that I didn't hear or see it. Additionally, it was conveniently located near some lovely restaurants and a supermarket. My room had a lovely little balcony overlooking the pool and poolside area, which was a nice touch.
