From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm smiles and offered a refreshing drink. the service was outstanding, our rooms were spacious, clean and well-equipped with exclusive amenities, and the spa and wellness centre was divine. We spent our days lounging by the outdoor swimming pool, enjoying the beach access, and indulging in massages at the spa lounge.

Although the beach was beautiful, we found ourselves struggling to find shade during the hottest hours of the day.

The area around the hotel is perfect for families with young children. There's a spacious sandy beach with slides and climbing frames. the delicious food includes a variety of dishes for everyone. the experience in the hotel was quite enjoyable.

Some amenities were not provided and the distance from the airport was long. There were no toothpaste, shampoo, or bathing sets, no iron in the room, and a charge for both safe and wi-fi.

We had a fantastic time at a hotel in Crete. The staff was friendly and helpful, always ensuring that any issues were quickly resolved. The room was spacious with a large balcony, providing a beautiful view of the surroundings. The food at the hotel was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. The sandy beach and calm sea were perfect for swimming and relaxing.
