Excellent customer service and beautiful pools

the pools were stunning, clean, and well-maintained, providing a great atmosphere for relaxation. One area that could be improved is the quality of the evening entertainment music, as it was too loud for some guests to fully enjoy.

we had a wonderful time staying at atlantica. from the beautiful pools to the nice rooms, everything was perfect. the staff, especially ervis, shammy, and klement, went above and beyond to make our holiday special. the food was delicious and varied, catering to all tastes. the entertainment team was fantastic, and the waterpark was a hit with the kids. the hotel's attention to detail, even accommodating our daughter's allergy, was truly impressive. cons: couldn’t fault a single thing! 😊.

Massive space! Delicious food! This place was perfect for a Christmas vacation! We loved being able to roam around and explore without feeling too cramped. the food was amazing, with lots of options to pick from. And the location was great, with easy access to all sorts of activities. We spent most of our days by the pool or on the beach, enjoying the sun and the water. And the staff were all super friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed.

One negative aspect of our stay was the cold weather. While it didn't rain, we would have preferred warmer temperatures.
