The location and private beach were perfect. Spacious, well-maintained rooms. Excellent spa and beach facilities. Multiple great restaurants.

The staff were professional and friendly. Spa was excellent, with fantastic therapists. Delicious food and sparkling glasses. Multiple pools and restaurants, lovely terrace. Good entertainment. Beach area and restaurant were great. 5* experience, would go back. Better than expected.

We had a wonderful time at a 5-star resort in Crete. The location was great, with a beautiful beach nearby and being in the Old Town in Chania was a bonus. The staff were friendly and eager to help with recommendations in the area. The room was spacious and the bathroom was clean. The breakfast spread was delicious and had a variety of options. The view from our balcony was stunning, overlooking a serene pond with river rocks. The resort had great facilities, including a spa and a large pool.

There were some noise disturbances from other guests talking in the neighboring rooms.

Absolutely perfect for families with small children. The grassy areas around the pools prevent slipping, and there's even a shaded playground right next to the children's pool. We could relax by the pool and still keep an eye on our kids. Plus, getting a sun bed was never an issue, even during the busy season. And the hotel is wonderfully calm, not crowded at all.

The value for money at Minoa Palace Resort was excellent, with spacious and comfortable rooms. The location was perfect, with a safe area and a private bridge to access the beach. The staff treated us with kindness and professionalism, making our stay even better.

The only breakfast option that could be improved is the availability of a wider variety of fresh fruit.
