The hotel had excellent facilities, including a gym and spa, which were perfect for staying active during the Christmas holiday. the location of the hotel was ideal, with beautiful views of the surrounding area and easy access to nearby attractions. One of the best aspects of the hotel was the live music at the bar, which created a lively and enjoyable atmosphere during our stay.

We did experience some issues with our room during the first two nights, which was a bit disappointing. However, the staff at the reception quickly resolved the problem and we were able to move to a more satisfactory room.

We had a great view from our room! The hotel is located on a slight hill, just a 3-minute walk to an amazing sandy beach. It's also only 10-15 minutes away from shops and restaurants in town. The staff here were very pleasant and helpful, advising us on little excursions and the best places to visit. The quality of our stay was enhanced by the excellent service, room amenities, and the beautiful garden area.

The only small drawback to this place is the steep driveway entrance, which may not be suitable for wheelchair users or those with walking difficulties. However, despite this, we would highly recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

The pool area and hotel were very clean, which was a pleasant surprise. the view from our room was fantastic, overlooking the harbor. We also enjoyed the complimentary massage upon arrival, which was a nice touch.

The reception staff were unhelpful and seemed to have a poor attitude towards guests. Our room was dirty and not cleaned despite repeated requests.

Traveling to Crete for a relaxing vacation, I stayed at Miramare Resort & Spa. My stay lasted for a week and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Room 634 offered breathtaking views, a private pool, and all the necessary amenities like air conditioning and TV. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable. The breakfast at the hotel restaurant was excellent, with a wide range of options. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, from the reception to the spa. They even provided a shower room for our late flight. I will definitely be returning to this amazing hotel.

Our upgraded room had a small private pool, breathtaking view, and was clean and modern. Lola and Nectarius at Reception were kind and helpful. Nearby restaurants Meltemi & Gargadoros were very good, and To Votsalo had a lovely beach and fantastic view. Almyros Beach and Voulisma Beach were both great options. a fantastic vacation, thank you Crete!

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location, situated on a hillside, provided us with breathtaking views of the surrounding area. Although the entrance driveway was steep, it added to the charm of the place. The service was impeccable, with attentive staff members who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We were impressed by the room amenities, including the well-stocked mini-bar and the cozy sitting area on our balcony. The in-room air conditioning made our stay even more enjoyable, especially during the hot summer days.

We spent 2 nights at Miramare Resort and had a wonderful stay. The beach next to the hotel is beautiful and the buffet breakfast offered a good variety of dishes. The hotel is situated in a secluded area on a hill with stunning sea views. The staff were helpful and the room upgrade with a private pool was amazing. The location is convenient, with a 10-minute walk to the city center. We highly recommend this hotel.

The view from room 217 was exceptional with a perfect sea view. Spacious room for family of three. Comfortable beds changed regularly. Nice pools with good temperature. First-class customer service. Friendly and helpful staff. Special mention to Adonis, a credit to the hotel. Manolito and Veronika were extremely friendly and helpful. Hotel in nice location with short walk to the city.
