Amazing facilities, friendly staff, great service at pool, restaurant, reception. Delicious food at Greek, dessert, seafood, and Asian restaurants. Good WiFi coverage, car rental available, and bus stop in front of the hotel. Plenty of activities like morning hikes, yoga, and pilates classes included in the hotel price.

I had an incredible experience at Mitsis Alila Resort & Spa in Faliraki. One highlight was the exceptional service I received at the a la carte restaurants. I was initially told they were fully booked, but the attentive concierge worked their magic and managed to secure a table for me. The food was delicious and the ambiance was perfect. I was highly impressed with my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

This hotel offers exclusive amenities, such as a luxurious Spa & wellness centre and a beautiful outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers and beach umbrellas. The location advantages are remarkable, with a direct access to a clear sea with a snorkelling area, and a wonderful sun terrace surrounded by a garden area. One of the main pros is the delicious food, which can be enjoyed at several restaurants with à la carte options and special diet menus. The service provided is outstanding, with friendly and attentive staff that made my stay unforgettable.

The only minor issue that I found was the waiting time at the poolside snack bar. Although the hotel provides a variety of snacks, the demand is high and sometimes the waiting time can be a bit long.

We had an amazing experience at Mitsis! The staff were friendly and always had a smile on their faces. The food at the buffet and the other restaurants was delicious and of high quality. We were particularly impressed with the pizza bar on the beach. The hotel itself was beautiful and clean, and our sea-view room on the 7th floor provided stunning sunrises. The Nespresso machine in the room was a nice touch, and the minibar was regularly restocked for free. The upgraded swimming pool room was a pleasant surprise. it was a perfect setting for the start of our honeymoon, and the staff went above and beyond to make it extra special.

We had an amazing time at Mitsis Resort. The hotel is in a fantastic location with direct beach access, and the room we stayed in was very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel welcome and safe. The selection of food and drinks at the restaurants was impressive, especially considering it was all-inclusive. We were also pleased to find many gluten-free options available for our child with celiac disease, thanks to the attentive Sous Chef Stavros Chimonas. our experience at Mitsis was exceptional, and we can't wait to return.

The hotel is in a great location with direct access to the beach. The room was very comfortable. The quality of the food in the restaurants was very good for an all-inclusive resort. The staff were friendly and helpful. Leaving luggage safely and using a separate shower facility before our flight was appreciated.
