I recently stayed at Monsieur Didot for three nights and it was absolutely wonderful. The hotel is tucked away in a quiet residential area but still surrounded by trendy bars and restaurants. The tasteful decor and grand staircase make for a beautiful atmosphere, and the rooms are luxuriously spacious with high ceilings and large windows. The bathrooms are creatively decorated and have excellent showers. The staff, especially Natalia, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast selection was extensive and delicious. I highly recommend this hotel to solo travelers, couples, or small families.

Monsieur Didot was an absolute gem! The value for money was exceptional, with spacious and elegant rooms that were beautifully furnished. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the city on foot. The staff, especially Natalia and her colleagues, were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making our stay truly wonderful.

The only thing that could have made the food for breakfast better was if there were more options to choose from.

The breakfast served in bed was absolutely divine! We loved the convenience and luxury of enjoying a delicious meal without even having to get out of bed. the rooms in this old restored mansion were simply gorgeous. They had retained the old glamour and we felt like we were transported back in time. The property was located in a quiet residential area, which provided a peaceful atmosphere. We also appreciated the helpful hosts who went above and beyond, even packing us a breakfast box for our early departure.

One thing we found a bit strange was the inability to throw toilet paper in the toilet. It took some getting used to and was a bit inconvenient.

The hotel's location in the heart of Athens was perfect, as it allowed me to easily explore the vibrant Plaka district and other attractions in the city. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast served in the room was great, and the hotel facilities were top-notch.
