From the moment I checked in to the moment I checked out, they went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. They provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants and bars, truly enhancing my experience in Chania. The hotel's location is also a major plus, as it is just a short walk from the Old Town and the beautiful old port. The room I stayed in on the 4th floor had a fantastic balcony that allowed me to enjoy the outdoor space and soak in the atmosphere before heading out to explore. I would highly recommend Morum City Hotel for its exceptional service, convenient location, and comfortable rooms.

Convenient location, close to old town and bus stop to airport. Friendly staff. Clean and well-maintained spaces, following strict hygiene protocols. Room matched photos and was comfortable. Good breakfast with daily variety.

This hotel is located in a fantastic spot, just a stone's throw away from the central bus station and close to everything you may need. It's a perfect base for exploring the old city center and the nearby attractions. The rooms are sparkling clean and the bed is super comfortable. The staff is professional and welcoming, always going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Plus, the breakfast buffet offers a great selection and the daily cleaning service is a nice touch.

Some of the balconies are quite narrow and the view from them is not very pleasant.

I had a fantastic stay at this 4-star hotel in Chania. The location was perfect, right on the border of the Old Town. It was great to be able to explore the charming streets and historic sites just steps away from the hotel. The neighborhood itself was vibrant and full of life, with plenty of shops, cafes, and restaurants to discover. It truly felt like I was immersed in the heart of the city.

Great location and service! the hotel is located just a few minutes away from the bus station and the old town. It's perfect if you want to explore the city and relax at the beach. the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist you with a smile. the buffet breakfast is also delicious, with fresh and tasty local delicacies.

Room size and housekeeping were a bit disappointing. the rooms were on the smaller side, and housekeeping was inconsistent, with towels not being replaced and glasses and coffee cups being left in the room.

loved my recent stay in chania at morum city hotel! super convenient location, modern and spacious room, and great value for money. the staff were really nice and check-in was a breeze. breakfast had delicious options and the restaurant staff were delightful. amazing views from the large balcony on the fourth floor.
