Convenient transportation provided from the airport to the hotel and ferry terminal. Clean rooms with individually packaged toiletries. Ant issue swiftly resolved by housekeeping. Staying at this hotel was an unforgettable luxurious experience. the venue has exclusive amenities, and our needs were fully met, especially at the stunning Spa & wellness centre, where we felt completely relaxed and pampered. the swimming and saltwater pool, the sauna, and the steam room were immaculate, as well as the treatment room, where we received a full body massage. the beauty treatment and the waxing, manicure, and pedicure were all perfect. There are also private facilities in an idyllic garden area, where we enjoyed the amazing make-up services. We cannot forget the exceptional food and drinks served at the poolside snack bar, restaurant, and bar/lounge area, with special diet menus.

We only found one minor issue; the pool with view, sun terrace, and seasonal outdoor pool were sometimes crowded, but we could enjoy the beach umbrellas and sun loungers as well.

Great location with stunning views and luxurious amenities that made my city break unforgettable. I loved the infinity pool and the breakfast was fantastic.

The hotel was a bit on the pricey side, but the value and quality of our stay made it worthwhile. the only downside was that some of the amenities were not available due to ongoing renovations, which was a minor inconvenience.
