Absolutely loved the stunning sunrise views from my beautiful cave-like room. The hotel's location was ideal, close to everything and situated to get views on both sides of the island. The staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast served on my terrace was delicious.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by exceptionally friendly and helpful staff who made me feel right at home. The location of this hotel is central and convenient, making it easy to explore all the amazing attractions nearby. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. The hotel also offered a variety of services, including room service, car hire, and laundry, which added to the overall convenience.

This hotel provides the perfect location to be in direct touch with nature. Situated in the center of the island, it offers breathtaking views on both sides, from sunrises to sunsets. The spacious and clean rooms come with complimentary water and a water heater. The friendly and helpful staff make your stay enjoyable, offering a complimentary ride to Fira and back. The breakfast, served in your room, allows you to choose from a variety of delicious options. The swimming pool bar adds to the overall relaxation and enjoyment of your stay.

The water in the pool can be a bit cold, although this is not a major issue.

I had an amazing time staying at this hotel! The location was perfect – right in the heart of the island so I could catch both the sunrise and sunset. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, always taking care of my needs. They provided room service, laundry, housekeeping, and even a shuttle service to and from the airport. I also loved the amenities in the room such as the flat-screen TV and electric kettle – everything was so convenient!

During our stay at Nautilus Dome, we were blown away by the exceptional service provided by the staff. From the friendly and helpful Cristbol, who shared his secret tip for a breathtaking sunset view, to the gorgeous and engaging bartender Gabrila, who had fascinating insights about the world, and the handsome and intelligent Angelos. Their constant smiles and positive attitudes made us feel welcome and taken care of throughout our stay. The hotel's location was also convenient, with a free shuttle service to Fira and easy access to rental vehicles. We also enjoyed the stunning sunset views from the rooftop and the spacious and well-equipped room with a lovely terrace for breakfast. The complimentary daily breakfast brought to our room was a nice touch, and the Wi-Fi connection was reliable. We were extremely satisfied with our stay at Nautilus Dome.

The manager was extremely responsive and helpful, providing tips on catching buses around the island. The caldera view from the outdoor areas was better than expected, especially at sunset with a cocktail in hand. The room was clean and well-equipped, with a balcony to watch the sunrise on the other side of the island. The free shuttle to/from Fira was handy and the pool was super clean and well-maintained. It was a peaceful location away from the tourist crowds.

I couldn't believe the value for money at Nautilus Dome. The room was huge, beautiful, and had breathtaking views. The location was fantastic, with an easy shuttle service to the city center. The staff went above and beyond to take care of us, especially when my daughter fell ill.

The only thing that could have made the morning meal better was if there were more options.

During our Thanksgiving holiday we had an enjoyable time at a hotel that provided exceptional service. Complementary room upgrades and pool towels were provided, and the staff was attentive and accommodating. the location was just far enough from the hustle and bustle of the main town, but not too far to be unreachable. the pool was also a highlight, with a well-maintained area to relax and enjoy the views.

The shuttle service had restricted hours and was not available early in the morning. the lack of a shelving unit in the room made it difficult to efficiently unpack our belongings.

The manager, Marcos, was fantastic and the driver, Michael, was knowledgeable and friendly. The convenient location and quick transportation services were a big plus. highly recommended and great value.

The friendly and attentive staff go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. The breakfast is delicious and can be enjoyed either in the room or on the terrace.

The soundproofing of the rooms could be improved to minimize noise from the nearby busy road.
