I was really happy with my stay at the hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed, including a fridge, air conditioning. The location was great, just a short walk away from the town center and all the shops, restaurants, and cafes. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even serving me breakfast earlier than usual when I had to leave early in the morning. I felt like I got great value for my money and had a comfortable stay.

Additionally, being in the old Jewish quarter allowed for easy walks to Chania and the harbor. Our en suite bathroom had a walk-in shower, and our bedroom had a TV and efficient air conditioning. I loved our room's small balcony that overlooked the lively main street. The continental breakfast served downstairs was delicious, offering fresh fruit, cereal, yogurt, honey. The staff was exceptionally helpful and always had a smile on their faces. Even when we arrived late due to flight delays, the night porter, John, and his replacement were incredibly accommodating and provided useful tips for our stay.
